Shipping policy

  • All items are shipped via regular post unless express post is requested and paid for by the customer upon order placement.
  • All items are posted within 2 days unless customisations have been requested or the order contains a gift box/item which includes items that need some amount of curing time (i.e. Soap, larger candles, hand creams, bath & shower fizzers).
  • For urgent or express shipment requests, please contact us at contact@hcandles.com before your order is placed so we may endeavour to prioritise your shipment. For shipping timeframes, please consult the Australia post website for a timeframe calculator. All shipments are sent from postcode 2196.
